On the morning of October 16, 2018, the 8th (20th) expert forum of 2018 was held in the 1015 academic lecture hall of our institute. The former director of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Hua Yuda, was invited to give a special report on “Review and Reflection on the Process of Shanghai Science and Technology Reform and Opening up”. Luo Dajin, deputy director of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and Xu Meihua, former inspector of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, attended the meeting. Shi Qian, the party secretary and director of the party, presided over the meeting.

　　

　　In combination with his rich work experience, Director Hua Yuda reviewed and shared the evolution of Shanghai's science and technology system reform, passed on the feelings of scientific and technological innovation, and placed ardent expectations on the development of our company. It’s  hoped that Science Institute will play a good science and technology think tank. The important role of in-depth research in industrial technology innovation, enterprise cultivation, Yangtze River Delta integration, resource allocation, etc., plays a greater role in the construction of science and technology centers.
