After more than 30 years of development and construction of the national high-tech zones, the practice of the integration of science technology and finance has continued to advance in depth. Under the organization of the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, the Shanghai Institute for Science of Science and the China Science and Technology Financial Promotion Association formed a joint research group to investigate the work of science and technology finance in 40 national high-tech zones from October to December 2022. Based on the survey results, this book comprehensively evaluates the development trend of science and technology finance in national high-tech zones from the ecological perspective, and strives to present an objective and true science and technology finance ecology in national high-tech zones, to provide decision-making support for promoting the future development of science and technology finance.
